Possible Delivery Delays: Here at JuzTods, we’re continuing to produce our orders lightning fast. However, due to COVID-19, you may experience some shipping delays.

SHIPPING

All our clothing are made locally in Singapore. As we print our items on demand, please be patient as we do our best to ensure quality products are sent to you.
It takes approximately 1-3 working days to print and package your order, and your item usually arrives to you within 3-7 business days (for standard delivery) or 5-10 business days (for normal mailing) after payment has been made. An email confirmation with the order details and tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed. 

For urgent orders, please drop us a WhatsApp or Chat with us and we will do our best to help you expedite the production and shipment. Extra fees may apply.

For international shipping, all items are mailed out via SingPost Standard Delivery. Delivery pricing varies according to final weight of item(s) and delivery time range from 10-30 business days on top of processing time.

Please note that the shipment may be split to ensure that your products arrive on time. 

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
High value orders may impose a custom duties and taxes charge that are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online in countries other than Singapore. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and to be borne by them. 

 

RETURNS

Just a kind reminder that all our products are made to order, so we do not accept returns for size changes. However, in circumstances where the size is incorrectly ordered, we can provide you a good discounted rate for replacements. Choose your sizes by checking our sizing chart.

For items that arrive to you in the wrong condition - incorrect size, incorrect print, unsatisfactory print, we will do a direct 1 for 1 replacement. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel to let us know and we will process the replacement! This process generally takes only between 24-48 hours.

 

REFUND POLICY

For items that arrive to you in the wrong condition - incorrect size, incorrect print, unsatisfactory print, you are eligible for a no questions asked full refund on the product item itself (minus shipping costs). We do not accept refund requests due to change of mind.

ITEM PROCESSING TIME

Preorder items usually take 2-3 weeks processing time.

Standard items take 1-2 weeks processing time.
